Course Details

  • Cost: $75.

  • Size: 4 students.

  • Duration: 1 classroom / theory session, 2 open water sessions, all on site at DEWE.

  • Prerequisites: Basic Freediver certification (or equivalent), minimum age 15.

  • Certification: PADI Apnea Flow Distinctive Specialty.

What Is Apnea Flow?

Apnea Flow focuses on controlled breath-hold movement and artistic expression underwater. Designed for freedivers and movement-based athletes alike, the course emphasizes safety, body awareness, and fluid motion while building confidence in dynamic apnea.

  • Wetsuit recommended depending on conditions.
