DEEP END WEEKEND OFFICIALLY BEGINS!
Check in is now open. Get your swag bags and wrist bands, sign up for workshops, and start setting up camp! 

(Please Note: We will not be checking anyone in or allowing camp set up before 3pm, so please plan accordingly.)

WELCOME CEREMONY
Be sure to come gather around the main presentation area where we’ll be hosting our welcome ceremony; we’ll talk all about the plans for the event, go over event guidelines, share some information about our sponsors, and officially kick off the 2025 mini game (winner gets free DEWE for life). We’ll also use this time to answer any questions guests may have.

The check-in station will also be open during this time for any questions, assistance, or raffle ticket purchases.

GET READY FOR NIGHT ONE FUN
Mingle, finish setting up camp, get in your comfy camp clothes, browse the raffle prizes, join us by the fire, chat with staff, and/or grab your chairs and blankets so you can settle in for the night’s first presentation.

END OF DAY ONE
Whether you want to burn the midnight oil or get some beauty sleep, the nights are yours for the taking. You can hang out by the fire, play some games in the club house game room, or look out for shooting stars in the night sky.

This is also the end of day pass access for day one.
Day pass holders may return as early as 8am the next morning.

Time to head out from the campsite and journey to the springs! Whether you want to just do some fun dives or join one of today’s workshops, there’s plenty of experiences to choose from!

WORKSHOP SPOTS ARE LIMITED. EARLY SIGN UP WILL BE MADE AVAILABLE TO DEWE TICKET HOLDERS IN FEBRUARY.

REFUEL AND RECOVER
Relax and unwind after the day’s dives. Enjoy a long, hot shower back at the campgrounds, take a nap in your hammock, or spend time with new friends.

DINNER IS SERVED!
Take the night off and enjoy a fresh, hot meal by the campfire. We’ll have the music going and the vibes flowing, so you feel rejuvenated and ready for the rest of the night’s fun!
