Join the Crew Behind the Best Weekend of the Year

Deep End Weekend doesn’t run on its own — it takes a solid team of passionate, capable, water-loving humans to pull it off. If you’ve got the skills, energy, and attitude to help make the magic happen, we want to hear from you.

We’re currently accepting staff applications for a variety of roles, including:

  • Yoga Instructors – Lead sunrise flows or restorative evening sessions to help our divers prep and recover.

  • Freediving Instructors & Safety – Support daily dive sessions with sharp eyes, calm presence, and deep experience in the water.

  • Photographers & Videographers – Capture the moments that make DEWE legendary, from underwater shots to campfire candids.

  • General Staff – The backbone of the event. Help with setup, logistics, check-ins, campsite support, and whatever else comes up. Bonus points for adaptability and a sense of humor.

Staff roles vary in terms of responsibility, visibility, and time commitment, but they all share one thing in common: they’re essential. Whether you’re on the dive line, behind a camera, or helping build the community vibe on land, your work shapes the DEWE experience.

BEFORE APPLYING, PLEASE NOTE:

  • This is a working event. While you’ll absolutely have time to enjoy the festival, staff members are expected to show up prepared, professional, and ready to contribute.

  • All roles come with specific responsibilities, expectations, and benefits, which will be reviewed if you're selected for an interview.

  • Each role comes with its own set of requirements. Be sure to check the details below before you throw your name in the hat; we want to make sure it’s a good fit from the start.

  • You’ll need to have attended DEWE at least once before (twice is even better). Knowing the flow, the vibe, and the springs helps us keep things running smoothly, and keeps the experience dialed in for everyone.

Sound like your kind of gig? Submit your application below and tell us how you’d like to be involved. If selected for consideration, a Depth Wish team member will contact you to schedule a follow-up conversation.

Let’s make something unforgettable, together.
